Blackberry
Blackberries are called a “cane” fruit because they grow on woody cane-like branches. Historically, they’ve also been known as a “bramble” fruit. While that term may bring to mind a tangled, thorny briar patch, don’t let it scare you off. Tomorrow’s Harvest blackberry plants are not so intimidating, and the Black Satin and Navajo varieties have no thorns at all.
