The Splash plumcot is a splash of color with fruit of Red, Orange, and Yellow all blended together and suspended like Christmas lights in the mid summer sun. Consistently a one of the highest scoring of all plumcot varieties. An abundant producer of golf ball size round to somewhat heart shaped fruit, this is the perfect snacking plumcot. Splashes, small sizes is more than made up for with its superb flavor. This sparkling gem of a fruit ripens midseason and brings bursts of flavor as well as color to your backyard orchard. This tree bears heavily beginning in mid July and has a long hang time, waiting for you to enjoy for over 3 weeks. For best results pair up with a the Santa Rosa plum or a Flavor Grenade Pluot both ripening on either side of the Splash Plumcot. There is nothing like an ice cold Splash Plumcot out of the crisper on a hot summer day.
